Local Landscape Construction Company is seeking an EXPERIENCED Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in accounting with QuickBooks. Proficiency in QuickBooks will be tested. The candidate must have a background in accounting, be a problem solver, and have the ability to work independently in a busy office as well as being a team member.
Listed are SOME of the duties required:
? A/R, A/P, Deposits, Bank Reconciliation
? Estimate / Invoice Preparation
? Job Closings / Job Costing
? Imputing & Submitting Payroll, Payroll Liabilities
? General office duties
? Bilingual a plus
